Regarding lead data (such as emails, phone numbers, and GCLIDs), you act as the Data Controller and OffConversion acts as the Data Processor. We do not use your lead data for our own marketing purposes, nor do we sell it to third parties. Our sole purpose is to route and attribute this data as instructed by your account settings.

OffConversion's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When you connect your Google Ads account, we obtain temporary authorization tokens to send offline conversion events on your behalf. We do not modify your ad campaigns or budgets unless explicitly configured by you within our platform.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).
